What it does

Mission scheduling

Missions with dates, aircraft, operating base, and crew roles — PIC, SIC, sensor operator — on a calendar color-coded by tail.

A warning bar that thinks

Assign a pilot and instantly see: blackout conflicts, double-bookings, aircraft maintenance due within the mission window, medicals or flight reviews expiring before mission end, safety training lapses, and duty-limit proximity. Warnings inform — the scheduler stays in command.

FAA currency tracking

Medical and flight review dates computed per 14 CFR 61.23 rules — class, age at exam, privilege tier — not just stored.

Blackout dates

Crew unavailability visible at scheduling time.

Crew visibility

Every crew member sees their own schedule and a read-only view of all missions — fewer “who’s flying the Commander next week” calls.

Automatic notices

Crew get an email when assigned, removed, or when mission dates change — old dates shown alongside new.

Better together

Every AirworthyBase module reads from the others — data entered once, working everywhere. Integrations inform; they never assume.

HQ

Aircraft health from live maintenance data warns before booking

SMS

Safety training currency checked against mission end dates

DUTY

Flight-time standing vs duty limits shown at assignment
