What it does

Seven steps, resumable, about ten minutes. Photograph the certificate, the medical and the licence — the images are compressed automatically.
Signed by both parties
The consulting agreement for their role, signed electronically with name, timestamp and IP, then counter-signed by the company. The executed PDF is emailed to everyone.
Credentials with expiry dates
Medicals and licences carry their expiry, so a document about to lapse surfaces sixty days out instead of at the airport.
Typed once, used everywhere
Contact details, emergency contact, date of birth and medical dates flow into the crew record. Corrections made later in crew flow back.
